Assessment of Building Permit Fees

Endorsement to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) for issuance of the Fire Safety Evaluation Clearance.

BFP evaluates submit findings of the Fire Safety Evaluation Clearance (FSIC) to the Office of the Building Official.

Office of the Building Official receives from the BFP the result of the Fire Safety Evaluation Compliance of the Application for Building Permit Plan.

 

 

NOTE: If the Plans does not comply with the requirements of the Fire Code of the Philippines, inform the Client and furnish them with a copy of recommendations from the BFP.

CHECKLIST OF BUILDING APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

o  Building, Sanitary and Electrical permit Applications

o  Certified Copy of Tax Declaration/TCP/Contract of lease;

a)                  In case the applicant is the registered owner of the lot, the following documents are required:

1. Certified True copy of TCT

2. Tax Declaration

3. Current Real Property Tax Receipt

b)                 In case the applicant is not the registered owner of the lot, the following documents are required:

1. Duly notarized copy of the Contact of Lease, or

2. Duly notarized copy of the Deed of Absolute Sale, or

3. Duly notarized copy of the Contract of Sale

o  Current Tax Receipt

A. Architectural (Signed and sealed by a Civil Engineer or Architect)

o  Structural Design and Analysis

C. Sanitary (Signed and sealed by a Sanitary Engineer or master plumber)

o  Plumbing Lay-out

o  Isometric drawing of sewage and water lines

o  Detail of Septic Vault

o  Plumbing Symbols and Specifications

D. Electrical (Signed and sealed by an Electrical Engineer)

o  Electrical Lay-out Plan

o  Design Analysis/Schedule of Loads

o  Riser Diagram

o  Electrical Symbols and Specifications

 

 

(Additional requirements for more than 2 storey buildings)

o  Earthquake Analysis/Seismic Analysis

o  Boring Test Results

o  Five (5) sets of Specifications duly signed and sealed by a Architect or Civil Engineer

o  Five (5) sets of Bill of Materials and Estimates duly signed and sealed

o  Zoning Clearance

o  Road Right of Way Clearance

o  One (1) machine copy of the Architect or Civil Engineer’s PTR and PRC
